Ok, you asked for my explaination so here it is:

I just pictured images in my mind as I read through the riddle, the phrase "a antler walks backwards at night in the ringing wet rain" gave me the image of the driving inside a car late at night on the highway, raining outside, and a deer jumping across the road narrowly escaping, the "backwards" made me play this scene backwards in slow motion placing the deer back in front of the car, where I then knocked the living crap out of it with the front bumper. So now that you've been hit by a car you're laying there in a white oblivion wondering where the hell you are, only to start a new life as a chinese baby (reincarnation, looking for the baby's cradle after you've been hit by the car).

So yeah, that's how I came to the conclusion that she's going to run you over.

Draxus, there's only one other thing she told me about it, its going to be funny. All she said was I was going to be laughing about it like 5 minutes after she gives it to me because at first it won't be funny. so antler backwords is reltna, if u google this the first thing it says is if u ment retina... at night... so eyesight and night in the rain. This makes it seem secretive also making me think night vision goggles. THis is where i am taking even more of a stab in the dark. Looking for its baby's cradle, so maybe she hid the case somewhere so u can use your goggles to find it at night and the laughing later is when the case is hidden at the base of a tree outside someone's window and then u laugh.
